溜槽底板是由天然橡胶制成的,橡胶板的鼓动是由电动机驱动减速机和曲柄连杆机构,使摇杆按一定点摇摆,迫使托架作上、下往复运动,从而橡胶板也就作上、下运动,通过这样往复运动使矿浆中的轻重矿物分层,沉积层中始终保持松散状态,有利于重矿物的回收。矿浆经过2400mm长的分选过程,重矿物和金粒沉积在溜格间的底部,经矿物从尾部连续排出。由于在溜格上设计了往复机构,从而使溜槽在长时间的选别过程中一直保持良好的分选状态。
