难处理金矿石预处理之化学氧化
化学氧化是通过在常压下添加化学试剂来进行氧化的,主要适用于含炭质和非典型的黄铁矿金矿石。化学试剂主要有臭氧、过氧化物、高锰酸盐、氯气、二氧化锰、高氯酸盐、次氯酸盐等。目前主要有氯化法(处理炭质难浸金矿石)和还原法(处理黄铁矿和毒砂)两种。
2003年8月,我国西南某金矿建成了一座300t/d采用化学碱浸预处理一氰化提金工艺的工厂,采用氢氧化钠直接氧化分解黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、毒砂。在难处理金矿的各种预处理工艺中,碱浸预处理的基建投资是最低的,一由于浸出在碱性溶液中进行,对设备的防腐要求比较低。但浸出要消耗大量的氢氧化钠,故生产成本比较高。这种工艺直接处理原矿,适宜于矿石中金品位高,含硫很低,脉石不耗碱,.而金又主要赋存在硫化物中的矿山采用。
微波氧化是采用超高频电磁波对难浸金矿石进行预处理,目前尚无工业应用。
