近年来,浮选工艺流程的革新改造以及科研成果很多,效果明显。阶段磨浮流程,重—浮联合流程等,是目前我国浮选工艺发展的主要趋势。如湘西金矿采用重—浮联合流程,进行阶段磨矿阶段选别,获得较好指标,回收率提高6%以上;焦家金矿、五龙金矿、文峪金矿、东闯金矿等也取得一定的效果。又如新城金矿,原流程为原矿直接浮选,由于含泥较高(矿石本身含泥高,再加采矿尾砂胶结充填强度不够,带入部分泥砂)使选矿指标连续下降。经考查试验,采用了泥砂分选工艺流程,回收率由93.05%提高到95.01%,精矿品位135g/t提高到140g/t,稳定了生产。
