浮选+浮选金精矿氰化试验(即模拟生产流程试验)。根据生产流程条件,首先对入选矿石做浮选+浮选金精矿氰化试验,浮选流程为:“一粗一精二扫”,浮选条件为:磨矿细度-200目65%,浓度35%,丁铵黑药100克/吨,丁基黄药50克/吨,2号油50克/吨,浮选指标为:原矿品位4.50克/吨,尾矿品位0.48克/吨,精矿品位30.5克/吨,浮选回收率90.76%。浮选金精矿氰化条件为:磨矿细度-200目90%,浓度40%,氰化钠浓度0.07%,氧化钙浓度0.03%,浸出时间32小时,其浸出指标为:浸原含金30.5克/吨,浸渣品位3.45克/吨,金浸出率88.69%。由以上试验和表9的化学分析结果可以看出,入选矿石中有害元素Cu、Pb、S、As等易于通过浮选富集起来,并直接影响金的氰化浸出。然后对大湖金矿矿区各坑道矿石做模拟生产流程试验,氰化浸出条件同上。由上以试验结果表可以看出,各坑道矿石的可浸性也极不稳定,说明矿石中有害元素分布不均,且含量也波动较大。
