浮选+浮选金精矿氰化试验(即模拟生产流程试验)。根据生产流程条件，首先对入选矿石做浮选+浮选金精矿氰化试验，浮选流程为：“一粗一精二扫”，浮选条件为：磨矿细度-200目65%，浓度35%，丁铵黑药100克/吨，丁基黄药50克/吨，2号油50克/吨，浮选指标为：原矿品位4.50克/吨，尾矿品位0.48克/吨，精矿品位30.5克/吨，浮选回收率90.76%。浮选金精矿氰化条件为：磨矿细度-200目90%，浓度40%，氰化钠浓度0.07%，氧化钙浓度0.03%，浸出时间32小时，其浸出指标为：浸原含金30.5克/吨，浸渣品位3.45克/吨，金浸出率88.69%。由以上试验和表9的化学分析结果可以看出，入选矿石中有害元素Cu、Pb、S、As等易于通过浮选富集起来，并直接影响金的氰化浸出。然后对大湖金矿矿区各坑道矿石做模拟生产流程试验，氰化浸出条件同上。由上以试验结果表可以看出，各坑道矿石的可浸性也极不稳定，说明矿石中有害元素分布不均，且含量也波动较大。
