以空气为介质进行重力选矿的溜槽类设备。干式尖缩溜槽(见图)是一种最简单的风力溜槽。设备结构与湿式尖缩溜槽类似,外形为一尖缩状槽体,槽底由微孔材料制成,槽底下面有一个空气室。低压空气由槽的一端引入,通过多孔的槽底向上流动。原料由槽的上端给入,在空气室气流吹动下形成流态化床,并在沿槽面运动过程中发生按密度分层;分层后的轻、重矿物在槽的末端利用分隔板截取。风力溜槽用于分选0.074~3mm的钨、锡、金等矿石及更粗粒的煤,获得了较好的效果。尖缩风力溜槽结构简单,制造成本低,分选效果较好,近年有较多应用;为了节省占地面积,可按倒置圆锥的形式组合配置。
